1976 - Peter Wooldridge founded Narrow Aisle, with the company philosophy focused on innovating and leading the market in VNA space-saving solutions.

 

Late 1980s - research began into the concept of an articulated forklift truck.

 

1990 - Narrow Aisle launched the Flexi articulated truck range, pioneering the front-wheel-drive (FWD) articulated truck concept.

 

1990s Onward - the Flexi articulated truck became one of the most popular in Europe and was marketed worldwide through a network of dealers.

 

2011 - Flexi founder Peter Wooldridge was awarded a lifetime achievement award, recognizing his significant role in bringing articulated trucks into the mainstream.

 

2015 - Flexi Narrow Aisle celebrated 25 years of manufacturing the Flexi articulated truck.

 

Flexi trucks allow for significantly more storage within a given warehouse, creating space by reducing the width needed for aisles.

 

The design enables efficient handling of palletized loads in very narrow aisles, increasing storage and order assembly efficiency in manufacturing and logistics.

 

The Flexi is known for its patented "True Radius" chassis and HiVIS lift mast, designed for safety and ease of operation in tight spaces.
